At Medico, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we offer a simple and fair return and exchange policy.

Items can be returned or exchanged within 3 days from the date of delivery.
Requests made after 3 days of receiving the order will not be eligible.
Please note that delivery fees for the exchanged/retuned item will apply.
✅ Conditions for Return/Exchange
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
We do not accept returns on worn, damaged, or customized items.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
You will need to provide a clear picture of the product, showcasing its condition, and ensuring the tag is intact.

Process: Please allow a reasonable processing time for the refund to reflect in your account, considering any potential banking or payment gateway processing times.
Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
